I had my first cigarette when I was 6 yrs old and at 15 smoked regularly or a pack to a pack 1/2 a day till age 60. Then I had stints placed in my heart. I also have a 9 yr old son to raise, so I have a lot of incentive to stay smoke free. I also have a lot of co-workers that support me. PS if a smoker doesn't light up around you, please thank them for not smoking, it helps not being an outcast and we've all been there.
